I currently work as a Lead Product Designer at Alaska Airlines, leading design for the customer account and loyalty spaces across web and app. It's the part of aviation I think of as the hospitality layer. Working in a fully agile environment, I collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to take features from early concept through prototype, leadership review, and shipped product.

Recently at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. I worked as Lead UX Designer for the Pottery Barn, West Elm, Williams-Sonoma, PB Teen, and PB Kids native mobile apps, personalizing the app experience across the brand umbrella and driving meaningful growth in conversion and revenue.

At United Airlines, my focus was enriching the traveler's journey with intuitive and engaging digital interfaces, creating the next generation of the United in-flight entertainment app and leading UX for Cargo, United for Business, and enterprise experiences.

My previous work at Total Wine & More streamlined the e-commerce checkout process and broadened digital payment options, significantly improving the consumer app and website and generating over $20 million in revenue in just a couple of years.

My background spans hospitality, e-commerce, travel, and branding, and it's driven me to focus on what makes us all different, and how those differences make us stronger. I'm a designer, a researcher, a strategist, an avid concert-goer, a typography nerd, a travel fanatic, and a lover of any and all things ocean.
