I currently work as a Senior Product Designer at Alaska Airlines, leading design for the customer account and loyalty spaces across web and app platforms in a fully agile environment with cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and product owners.

Recently at Williams Sonoma, Inc I worked as Lead UX Designer for the Pottery Barn, West Elm, Williams Sonoma, PB Teen and PB Kids native mobile apps, as well as on digital experiences in the e-commerce space for the entire Williams Sonoma brand umbrella.

At United Airlines, my focus was to enrich the traveler's journey with intuitive and engaging digital interfaces, creating the next generation of the United in-flight entertainment app, leading UX in the Cargo and United for Business space, as well as the website and enterprise experiences.

My previous work at Total Wine & More streamlined the e-commerce checkout process and broadened digital payment options, significantly improving the consumer app and website functionality, resulting in over 20 million dollars in revenue in only a couple short years.

My background in a variety of industries from consulting to e-commerce to airlines has driven me to focus on what makes us all different, and how those differences make us stronger. I’m a designer, a researcher, a strategist, an avid concert-goer, a typography nerd, a travel fanatic, and a lover of any and all things ocean. I dream in color, and thrive on bringing out the joy in people and business by understanding what makes them tick.
